Celebramos el cumpleaños de un bebé que se ha hecho mayor de edad. Como tengo fama de cocinitas y me gusta ser detallista decidí que alguna cosita dulce tenía que llevar.
Mirando entre mis recetas me acordé del éxito que tuvieron los cupcakes de zanahoria y algo más así que me puse manos a la obra.
La receta la encontraréis aquí. He optado por hacerlos en formato mini y el frosting lo he dividido por la mitad ya que así quedan más ligeros y hay equilibrio de sabores.
