¿Os acordáis de la receta de mermelada de fresa que hice? Resultó ser un éxito y he querido sacarle partido haciendo este postre, unos tronquitos rellenos de la mermelada de fresa!

1 cucharadita de aroma/esencia de vainilla
110gr harina
1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo
200gr de mermelada de fresa

Precalentamos el horno a 180ºC. Forramos la bandeja del horno con papel especial para horno o de aluminio y lo engrasamos con mantequilla.

Batimos los huevos con el azúcar un buen rato hasta que queden blanquecidos y cremosos.

Incorporamos el agua junto con el aroma de vainilla, poco a poco añadimos la harina tamizada junto con la levadura. Mezclamos suavemente hasta que se integre bien.

Vertemos la masa sobre la bandeja y la alisamos para que quede uniforme y horneamos 10-15 minutos.

Colocamos un trapo limpio en la encimera, espolvoreamos azúcar. Retiramos la bandeja del horno y damos la vuelta al bizcocho sobre el trapo, enrollamos el bizcocho y reservamos 30 minutos.

Cortamos el bizcocho en 4-6 trozos, los desenrollamos cubrimos con la mermelada y volvemos a enrollar. Espolvoreamos azúcar glas.

Servimos con un poco de mermelada de fresa por encima, chocolate, solo con el azúcar glas...
